Validity : Within 3 ( three ) working days from issuring date.

Price should be evaluated in every month for annual contract. 

In case that Indonesian Government impose Steam Coal Export Tax, the Unit Price Will increase accordingly.

 Site Visit : Can be arranged at Buyer’s cost after Contract

Coal by nature will come with various of quality depend on the location of the mining, coal getting and handling. Quality also may be change by washing or blending, blending usually for mixing two or more type of coal to reach a targeted quality requirement but sometime blending is also taking for a pricing purpose.

Identification of coal should do properly to make sure the typical and quality of coal are appropriate to the market request. 

Coal delivery can perform properly depend on the source, handling and weather, coal quality is a given by the nature, coal mining is only moving the coal to the user, to maintain the quality is how to handling and transporting the coal efficiently.   
Source mean a legal mine with a proper licenses and right for coal mining operation, type of coal, reserved of coal and the mineable reserved.
Handling mean Mine design, Coal getting, Stockpile, Hauling, Crush, Jetty and Loading.
Weather conditions is playing an important role in coal delivery.


Sale and Purchase Contract
Sale and Purchase is the starting point of coal delivery, good terms of contract should describing a real conditions and specifications of coal to be deliver to avoid from any dispute during delivery.

Coal trader is someone or a company who buy and sale coal, but some time mediator is also call as trader too. Standard Operation Procedure of purchasing Coal through trading company is need more attention on the quality guarantee and the legal responsibility.

Direct purchase from Mining
Coal purchase direct to the mining owner/mandatory holder/mining operator mandatory holder, who have legal right or authorize to sale the coal.

SOP before signing contract:
In this stage is necessary to understand the capability and ability of the trading company in coal supply, legality and financial status will affect to the terms of payment.
